Our project for the Antwerp Education Council has been delivered.

 

The project consists of the complete refurbishment of a 70's office building into a contemporary working environment. The result is a low-energy office building. The existing facades were stripped and recladded with prefabricated wooden infills, covered with an aluminum sheet. The building is topped with a CLT-structured penthouse, housing a small conference center.

 

The interiors were developed in close collaboration with Atelier Dialect. We worked on a welcoming and warm atmosphere that integrates the rawness of the stripped concrete structure.
