(02-07-2017) Zillion Site, Antwerp (B) - PROJECT UPDATE

Breaking Ground.

After 2 years of intense work, we are happy to announce that the construction of this large-scale mixed inner-city development has started.
The project, which sits at the transition between the 19th century quarter ‘Het Zuid’ and the 21st century quarter ‘Nieuw Zuid’, entails retail, a hotel, housing, offices and a gas station on top of an underground parking. It is an ensemble of 2 buildings: one more solid and vertically structured building that acts as a clear edge to the Bolivarplaats, and one more transparent and horizontally oriented building that faces the new park to the south.
