Construction Well Underway.

The first building within our masterplan for a new quarter in the Zuunbeekvallei is near to be finished. The building, which sits on the edge of the site facing the Bergensesteenweg, is a horizontal ensemble of staggered volumes. Hence, it acts as a barrier for the traffic noise as well as a gateway to the new housing quarter. It entails commercial space, offices and apartments on top of an underground parking. The staggered scheme is the result of a careful consideration of the existing topography.
